Updates!
On Monday, the students were VERY excited to see that a Leprechaun had come into our room over the weekend, made a big mess and stole all of the gold out of our traps! Unfortunately, no one managed to catch him. The students did some excellent writing about 'How to catch a Leprechaun' after and have been using their writing checklist to ensure their writing is the best it can be! Ask your child what they need to look for to get a 4-Star writing piece!
In Math the students learned a fun, new game called 'Bump!' Here's a link to some free 'Bump' printables, if you would like to print it and have your child show you how to play over Spring break! You will need something for playing pieces (10 each) and 3 dice!

Tomorrow is a half day and the students will be dismissed at 12:00, even though it is a Thursday. There is no school on Friday as it is the first day of Spring Break for the students and a PD day for the teachers. We will return on April 3!
Enjoy your break:)
